Joe Biden pays tribute to ‘dear friend’ Jimmy Carter

President Joe Biden paid tribute to Jimmy Carter saying people around the world “feel like they’ve lost a friend”.

In a speech on Sunday evening, Biden praised the former US President for his “human values,” adding that “we’d all do well to try be a little more like Jimmy Carter”.
