The HP Victus 15 is a staple in HP’s gaming line that refreshes every so often with more modern processors and graphics cards. Throughout the years, it’s kept a reputation as a sturdy gaming laptop for folks who don’t want to drop $1,000 on a portable PC but still need solid entry-level performance for undemanding games.

This Victus 15 forgoes the latest hardware for more modest specs, including an AMD Ryzen 5 processor, RTX 4050 graphics card, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD. You probably can’t run Cyberpunk 2077 at max settings, but it’s plenty for playing PC games at 1080p and browsing the web for work.
