British actor, Sir David Jason, gave a glimpse of what it was like to film one of Only Fools and Horses most iconic scenes in which his character Del Boy and Rodney smash a chandelier.
Speaking to BBC Breakfast, the actor who is shortly set to appear in An Evening with Sir David Jason, said onlookers backstage had to contain their laughter.
He described seeing people behind the camera putting handkerchiefs in their mouths to not make any noise.
Jason explained that they only had one chandelier to film the scene and it was a “one take wonder”.
