Footage captured by a webcam in New Orleans appears to show the moment police run towards the scene of a fatal attack.
Fifteen people were killed and at least 35 injured when a man drove a truck into a busy crowd at around 03:15 local time (09:15 GMT).
The FBI have confirmed the suspect is dead and have described the attack as an “act of terrorism”.
