Luke Combs is to become the first artist to play two consecutive nights at Slane Castle.

Last week, it was confirmed that the US country music star would play the famous music venue on Saturday 18 July as part of his My Kinda Saturday Night Tour.

A second date has now been added for Sunday 19 July 2026 “due to overwhelming demand”.

The 35-year-old from North Carolina will be supported by Irish pop rock band The Script, American country singer Ty Myers and all-female country music trio The Castellows.

Ticket sales and presale

Tickets for both dates go on sale this Friday at 10:00 BST.

Presale tickets for the first date went on sale this morning, with presale tickets for the second date beginning at 15:00 BST.

Luke Combs will be the first country music star to headline the venue in County Meath which has previously hosted Queen, David Bowie, U2, Madonna, Oasis, Bruce Springsteen and most recently Harry Styles in 2023.

It has a capacity of 80,000 people and began staging concerts 1981.

He will also be the first artist to play two consecutive nights there.

U2 played twice in the same year in 2001 after their first gig sold out in just over half an hour.
