‘Are you aware of truce reports?’ – BBC’s Laura Kuenssberg asks Zelensky

President Zelensky has joked he is “aware of everything” after being asked about reports of a proposed truce by Starmer and Macron.

After a European summit in London, Zelensky faced reporters’ questions ahead of boarding a flight to leave the UK. Laura Kuenssberg asked him about reports Macron had shared news of the proposed deal with French newspaper Le Figaro.

The paper reports the French president as saying he and Sir Keir Starmer do not believe in a ceasefire signed by the US and Russia and have put an alternative month-long truce on the table.
